I am passionate about helping people live and work where they vacation. I specialize in representing buyers with their new home construction and helping business professionals find their new construction commercial property in Pasco County, FL.

Proud REALTOR with the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Certified New Home Co-Broker (NHCB) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) with an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) Designation. Currently learning from Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIMs) about office, industrial, retail, land, and multi-family commercial real estate segments.

Active member of Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) Tampa Bay Chapter serving on the Programs, Go Fish, and Excellence Awards committees, volunteer for other CREW Tampa Bay committees, and a CREW book club member. CREW Tampa Bay is part of the CREW Network – a global organization of more than 14,000 members in 80 markets worldwide.

I have 40 years of business and real estate experience. My business experience from employment with a global multi-billion dollar company includes leadership, sales, marketing and communications — a solid foundation for my commercial and residential sales career.
