Also, focused on master-planned communities that include commercial and residential properties such as Metro Development Group’s Angeline community – 6,300 acres, future lagoon, Moffitt Speros Campus, 137 acres commercial Town Center (office, retail, restaurant), Multi-family, 3 residential builders, more.

Active member of Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) Tampa Bay Chapter serving as the Programs Committee Chair, recipient of the Rising Star Award, finalist for the Heart and Soul Award, and volunteer for multiple CREW Tampa Bay committees. I have more than 40 years of business and real estate experience. My business experience from employment with a global multi-billion dollar company includes leadership, sales, marketing and communications — a solid foundation for my commercial sales career.
